| Dear Julia, You have been an inspiration to me for many years. You taught me to dare to "mess up" every once in a while. You made Potatoes Anna once and when it fell apart as you unmolded it from the pan, you just said, "There, you see? When this happens, you just push it back together, put a little garnish on it, and serve it with a smile. Then, there's the time the towel in your apron caught fire as you were hoisting a pan from the stove, and unflappable you just smacked out the fire on the counter and kept on going.
